ZorahM services may be unstable

ZorahM servers are not at hosting providers: the ecosystem runs on its own infrastructure. But some services are physically located in Russia, so outages at Yandex can make them work unreliably.

The reason is simple: Yandex servers carry a great deal of the Russian internet. Linux mirrors, name servers, internet providers and much more depend on them, so a failure there is felt far beyond Yandex itself.
